ABSTRAKSI
Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa: pengaruh variabel kompentensi terhadap variabel kinerja dengan kepemimpinan transformasional dan keadilan organisasi (keadilan distributif) sebagai variabel moderasi. Kompetensi saja tidak cukup untuk menghasilkan kinerja karyawan secara optimal, karena itu perlu adanya intervensi dari variabel-variable lainnya.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis telah menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 60 karyawan VICO Indonesia yang ada di wilayah operasi (Kalimantan Timur). Kuesioner disebarkan untuk mendapatkan persepsi mereka tentang kepemimpinan tranformasional dan keadilan distributif. Metode sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah purpusif sampling yaitu ditujukan kepada responden yang memiliki ciri-ciri tertentu yaitu memilika rapor kompetensi dan berasal dari wilah operasi di Kalimantan Timur. Dari 60 kuesioner yang disebar 100% kembali.
Uji analisa regresi linier sederhana dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di VICO Indonesia. Sedangkan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan keadilan distributif sebagai variabel moderasi yang mempengaruhi kompetensi terhadap kinerja di uji dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda.
Dari hasil uji regresi linier berganda diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa baik kepemimpinan transformasional maupun keadilan distributif sebagai variabel moderasi tidak berpengaruh pada variable kompetensi dalam pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan fakta baru bahwa tidak selamanya variable kepemimpinan transformasional maupun variable keadilan distributif sebagai variable moderasi dapat mempengarui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja.

In this study the author distributed questionnaires to 60 employees of VICO Indonesia located at operation which is East Kalimantan. Questionnaires distributed to obtain their perception on transformational leadership ant distributive justice in VICO Indonesia. Sampling method that author used is purposive sampling that addressed to respondent who have certain characteristics which is have competency data and working at operations in East Kalimantan. From 60 questionnaires distributed, 100% returned. The simple regression analysis test conducted to test the effect of competency on performance.
The results showed that the competency had significant influence on the employees performance in VICO Indonesia. Meanwhile to test the influence of transformational leadership and distributive justice as moderating variables that effect the influence of the competency to performance by using multiple regression linier.
From the linier regression analysis result obtained the conclusion that both transformational leadership and distributive justice as moderating variable have no effect in influencing on competency to performance. In this study discovered a new fact that transformational leadership and distributive justice not always giving effect in influencing competency to performance.
